What I appreciate is the personal attention & real concern. Never being rushed & taking the time to listen. The office is very clean & the overall experience is calm.

We feel that Dr Narayan takes time to address any concerns. When needed, he provides referrals to well qualified specialist. He makes personal calls if there are concerns regarding tests or prescriptions The support staff is very friendly and responsive. These are some qualities that it seems are not always available today. We are happy he was referred to us by our cardiologist when we were trying to find a primary care doctor.

Amazing staff and Dr !!

I would have appreciated an apology for being told I was scheduled at 11:30, then arriving and being told the appointment was at 11:00 and having to reschedule. I would have also appreciated a greeting when the doctor arrived in the room, which I did not receive. I was then treated for an infected finger. That care was fine, but when I discussed my previously swollen feet, the conversation became insulting. My swollen feet were healing, becoming less swollen, after traveling across the country at rest areas with my feet dangling down when I slept but fine sleeping in my residence prone. There were no entry points of wounds that might have caused swelling. This doctor refuses to prescribe diuretics, which was fine because the swelling had abated but said, "and hygiene." Hygiene has nothing to do with swollen feet that have no entry point of bacteria. That was poor doctoring, poor judgement and just rude.

Dr. Teddy and staff are very accommodating, flexible with the appointment convenient for the patient t and not their convenience. Dr. Reddy spend a lot of time to talk to the patient and explain all the results of the lab and test . He does a complete physical examination all the visits.

What I found here was the "family" practice atmosphere I was looking for. I am tired of the "clinic" style practices where you get shuffled in and out as quickly as possible, and where you may never actually speak to the doctor (as opposed to a different PA every time you show up). Dr Reddy listened and asked what was going on with me. His nurse is very sweet as is the receptionist. My only complaint is that there are no chairs that fit a bigger person. I had to bring my own stool. A couple of chairs without arms would work great.

Doctor Narayan has an unusually kind way about him besides being an extremely smart man. He has great depth and listens to your concerns with a kind heart. He’s brilliant but has no ego so listens and processes what you say. He has also has extremely great PA named Miriam who is very easy to talk to about concerns and other things. The front desk lady is also a pleasure to talk to and very efficient as well- she has even gotten back to me on a Saturday night! All in all, however you feel when you walk in you’ll feel better after being around such kind people. I don’t know if they meditate or pray alot but there’s something very special about these people and I feel lucky to have found them.

Dr Reddy’s office is ready to see you after a short form is filled out as a first time patient. He and his staff are extremely nice. Dr Reddy answered my questions, then he began to administer the Shock Wave machine treatment. I could feel an electrical shock type zap on the areas of my foot and ankle that bother me. It was not unpleasant. I felt fine with no side effects after the treatment was over. Later that day the scar tissue near my left ankle bone seemed not as tight and it was softened up. It has remained soft. I will continue to come in for weekly treatments as advised. Dr Reddy is very kind and has experience with this top of the line machine and his treatment plans are fully explained. I would recommend him.

Always a good visit with Dr. Narayan! Last visit - 4/20/23 - I believe that we covered all of the relevant health issues, plus he told me there may be a new treatment for my bad knees, which would be great. Dr. Narayan is always thorough!

Great Visit. Doctor answered questions accurately and I learned something about Proparaniol has different strengths. Fast acting and slow acting. He is changing so that 40mg is better for me taking 40mg twice a day.

They continue to make appointments at my request and due to tragedy & job issues I missed them all , yet they still treat me with respect and tend to my needs & requests. Now my ailments are Many. My only issue is I returned to. This area needing medications for my physical being but also mentally. And he did not refill even though I had empty bottles & paperwork. And you are never suppose to just stop psych meds. And I didn't get a referral nothing. Now certain meds I understand like pain. Other than that I would recommend.
